White Truffle Studio: March 2013

February of 2013 I had the amazing opportunity to collaborate with some of the best in the local Columbus wedding scene. Follow along as we enjoy the beautiful photography by Stephanie Barnes as she captures our journey throughout the day... Our first stop! Virtue Salon.

Virtue Salon is committed to helping men and women enjoy the luxuries of the modern beauty industry without harming animals, the environment, or our health. They are dedicated to working in an organized, stress-free environment while enjoying the holistic things in life.

Their ability to create the soft, boho-romantic look we were going for was effortless...We had such a great time with these girls!! Not to mention the salon is so cool with its bright colors and vintage & antique accent pieces!

Oh! and guys! Vice Barber Shop is located within Virtue Salon as well! VICE offers a traditional feel and services without neglecting what's trendy and up-to-date. They place a high value on community - a gathering place for all people of all ages - as barber shops were intended. Check them out here!

EcoFlora (local. organic. sustainable.) Owner Eva Provenzale created the beautiful flower arrangements you will see throughout the shoot. EcoFlora is a flower shop that offers an earth friendly alternative to the traditional florist. They create unique bouquets using organic and sustainably grown flowers. Many of their flowers are grown in central Ohio, the majority of the rest are grown in cities across the United States. Simply stunning!

Second stop! jeni's Splendid Ice Creams (Short North)

Built from the ground up with superlative ingredients. Jeni and her kitchen team makes every ice cream, sorbet, and frozen yogurt from the ground up with grass-grazed Ohio cream, local produce, and carefully sourced ingredients including rare, fair-trade vanilla and bean-to-bar chocolate. Ghinda Bridal Couture
The founder and creative director of Ghinda, jennifer kessler desires to translate the soft language of beauty to every woman through her couture wedding gowns. kessler's childhood years in Ghinda, eritrea have influenced her design aesthetic with the bold grace and mesmerizing allure of the land and the people of east africa. Ghinda's testament to her namesake is evidenced in the captivating detail of each hand-cut pattern piece and the enchantment of every meticulously hand-sewn gown.
